Today I subbed for George’s vinyasa class.
Listen in as we settle into our practice and then woah! an alarm goes off and the announcer says, “There has been an emergency reported in the building. Cease operations…” Then it cut off.
It was a false alarm, but a great test of our ability to handle emergencies without losing our heads and ridding ourselves of the chronic stress that ruins our natural health and happiness.
Enjoy and it’s ok to laugh at us. We were a little scared but were able to calm down and recover through our yoga practice.
